3-Month Manchego

A traditional, 3-month aged Manchego. Its flavor is zesty and exuberant, while its texture is firm but not dry. Delicious when served with a thin slice of quince paste.  This is milder and creamier, perfect for melting and nibbbling.  We love the family that produces this cheese, we have visited their facilities in the La Mancha region of Spain and are proud to bring this cheese to our customers.
