Fermin Iberico Mild Pork Dry-Cured Chorizo Sausage (2 oz) is made with meat from the black hoofed pig in Southwest Spain. This breed provides unsurpassed taste and quality meat. It is gluten free, lactose free and free of nitrates or nitrites. The rich red color is from fragrant spices, but this mild version is not spicy.

Barber's English Cheddar: This is one of our favorite cheddars from the heard of Somerset, England.  It has a sweet and tangy bite with lots of crystallization.  The white residue is simply salt.  
Six Month Manchego:   This nutty cheese from La Mancha, Spain is a classic that pairs well with crackers, nuts and on its own.  One our DLM favorites.
