HOW: With a cotton pad, press down on the pump 2-3 times. Swipe pad saturated with the brightening liquid exfoliant across clean, dry skin.
WHERE: Face and neck. Bonus points for chest.
WHEN: AM or PM after cleansing but before serum and moisturizer.
