    Raspberry Mostarda with Vermont Ice Cider, 10 oz. -Created with soft, bloomy rinded cheeses in mind. This jam highlights raspberry notes in supple bloomy rind cheeses with its decadent, luscious texture. Give it a try with Jasper Hill's Weybridge or Blythedale Farm Brie.     Apricot and Orange with Pure Clover Honey, 10 oz. -Summer apricots simmered among fresh oranges, local wildflower honey and ground coriander are featured in this deliciously fruity conserve. It boasts just a hint of bitter orange that compliment a deliciously pungent washed rind cheese perfectly. We also love a spoonful over a slice of Cabot's Clothbound Cheddar!     Spiced Plum with Port and Anise, 10 oz. – This rich confit is made from slowly simmered plums, local heirloom apples, raisins, a rich ruby port, and just the right touch of star anise. Award-winning Jasper Hill Bayley Hazen Blue's fudge-like texture and toasted nut sweetness was the inspiration behind this incredibly luscious, elegantly spiced preserve.
