Use one teaspoon per 4″ diameter container, making sure to thoroughly mix into top inch of soil. Pellets can be used once for the entire growing season (time-release action breaks down over a period of 3-12 weeks, depending on watering frequency).
For seed starting, use one pound per 5-gallon volume of potting soil. Mix thoroughly.
For gardens, two pounds will cover 100 square feet.
For liquid plant food, mix one cup per gallon of distilled water and allow to steep for 24-48 hours. Strain off solids and use as a soil drench.
