Hard Salami should be unwrapped from the paper and/or bag that it comes in. To store your unopened salami please hang in a cool dry place (like a cupboard). It will 'age' over time and become harder. We recommend cutting open and eating within a month of arrival.
Once the casing has been cut open, please refrigerate the salami. It can be safely refrigerated up to a month as well, but will continue to slowly dry out and harden over time.
