Medium includes: All the food from the small plus Holy Cow Beef Sticks, a Ginger Jump-Up Molasses Cookie, and Elderflower Gummies.
Large includes: All the foods from the small and medium plus a Lemon Scone, Zingerman's Peanut Brittle, and Cornichon Pickles.
